Most grapplers either do too little, do too much, or jump between random workouts that never build into anything.
One week it’s heavy lifting.
Next week it’s circuits.
Then grip work.
Then nothing.
Stronger Jiu Jitsu gives you a clear 4-week training block every month so you can train with purpose, progress consistently, and keep your gym work supporting your Jiu Jitsu.
Build useful strength for grappling
Improve durability and resilience
Train 2–3 days per week
Fit lifting around your mat schedule
Stay consistent without overthinking
Everything you need to keep progressing in the gym - without overcomplicating your Jiu Jitsu.
Stronger Jiu Jitsu gives you a clear monthly training structure, built specifically for grapplers who want to get stronger, move better and stay consistent around their mat schedule.
This is not random workouts.
This is specialised monthly S&C programming for BJJ.
A new structured training block each month so you always know what to do in the gym.
Two focused gym sessions designed to build strength and resilience without burying your recovery.
Built for strength, durability, grip, trunk control, power and mat performance - not generic fitness.
Video guidance for key movements so you can train with better technique and more confidence.
Know how hard to push, when to progress and when to hold back.
Check in, ask general questions and stay accountable alongside other Grapple Machine athletes.
Regular check-ins, Q&A opportunities and training focus posts to help keep you consistent.
Ask broad training, recovery and scheduling questions inside the group.
Stay in rhythm with regular programming, group prompts and a simple structure that keeps you training consistently month after month.
Every month, you get a focused training block built around the same Grapple Machine philosophy:
The gym supports the sport.
You don’t need random workouts. You need consistent, progressive training that fits around the mats.
Busy Grapplers
You want strength work that fits around BJJ, work, family and recovery.
Hobbyists
You want to feel stronger, more durable and harder to deal with on the mats.
Competitors
You need consistent S&C that supports performance without wrecking your training week.
Masters Athletes
You want to keep training hard, stay resilient and build strength for the long term.
Program Followers
You want a clear plan each month instead of guessing what to do in the gym.
Affordable Structure Seekers
You want BJJ-specific programming without the cost of full 1:1 coaching.
This is not the best fit if you need:
a fully personalised program
direct DM support
individual check-ins and adjustments
custom nutrition coaching
injury rehab
detailed video feedback
competition-specific planning
If you want a plan built specifically around you, Project:One is the better fit.

'I've never been that strong in the gym, and as a light female grappler I really struggled on the mats against bigger athletes! Well that's in the past now thanks to Grapple Machine. I now have tons of confidence in the gym, know what I am doing and am hitting pull ups, heavy deadlifts and even benched my own bodyweight! '
'Best programs I have ever followed! Also attended a lifting workshop and learnt tons on correcting my form and how to warm up properly to lift.
Can't recommend the programme enough!'
You've got questions. We've got answers.
The core program is 2x per week - that’s the minimum commitment needed to see results. You will also have access to additional optional sessions to aid your mobility.
We cater for everyone from the hobbyist to the elite athlete with programs scaled for all levels.
For best results we recommend having access to a full gym, however as a minimum access to a barbell, kettlebells and dumbbells will be essential. If you need a specially customised program we are happy to help - please contact us.
Depending on the severity of the injury you may still be able to use the program (seek medical advice first). We can cater around more severe injuries or issues please contact us directly.
You will have access to a new training cycle every 4 weeks - keeping your training fun, productive and moving forward.

I built Stronger Jiu Jitsu because most grapplers do not need complicated S&C.
They need a simple, progressive strength plan they can follow consistently, recover from properly, and repeat month after month.
I’m a BJJ black belt with decades of experience in martial arts, strength training and coaching — working with everyone from everyday hobbyists to serious competitors.
The Grapple Machine philosophy is simple:
The gym should support your Jiu Jitsu, not compete with it.
Stronger Jiu Jitsu gives you the structure.
You bring the effort.
