Stop guessing what to do in the gym.

Most grapplers either do too little, do too much, or jump between random workouts that never build into anything.

One week it’s heavy lifting.
Next week it’s circuits.
Then grip work.
Then nothing.

Stronger Jiu Jitsu gives you a clear 4-week training block every month so you can train with purpose, progress consistently, and keep your gym work supporting your Jiu Jitsu.

  • Build useful strength for grappling

  • Improve durability and resilience

  • Train 2–3 days per week

  • Fit lifting around your mat schedule

  • Stay consistent without overthinking

Female BJ Blue Belt

'I've never been that strong in the gym, and as a light female grappler I really struggled on the mats against bigger athletes! Well that's in the past now thanks to Grapple Machine. I now have tons of confidence in the gym, know what I am doing and am hitting pull ups, heavy deadlifts and even benched my own bodyweight! '

Tom BJJ Black Belt British Champion

Built by a grappler, for grapplers.

I built Stronger Jiu Jitsu because most grapplers do not need complicated S&C.

They need a simple, progressive strength plan they can follow consistently, recover from properly, and repeat month after month.

I’m a BJJ black belt with decades of experience in martial arts, strength training and coaching — working with everyone from everyday hobbyists to serious competitors.

The Grapple Machine philosophy is simple:

The gym should support your Jiu Jitsu, not compete with it.

Stronger Jiu Jitsu gives you the structure.
You bring the effort.
